    Ive decided to cut the maps size because theres no point having tons of useless areas - this doesnt mean canals is going it just means the area beside the canals isnt accessible and is only for show.

    EDIT: Im also combining the three buildings (Congressional, Overwatch and Metropolice)
     
  3. My god man, add some lighting for christ's sake.
    I would also suggest to flesh out the main plaza area's / area's where the citizen activity would be the biggest.

    Map development goes in different phases, he could add the lighting last it's not the biggest priority rn
    And yes I was going to suggest not to make a complicated ass map, because those become the worst when you add too much content, keep it simple but good. Take Industrial 17 or City 18 for example, they're very good maps mainly because of their layout. Don't add too little detail and don't add too much detail. Also adding skybox support for day and night mods is a big plus. Last but not least, don't give up.

    Jail cells, interrogation rooms, CA office, breaching/training room, firing range, armory, medical bay, and other stuff I don't feel like remembering
