    I laughed. Why should you be the only person to decide who should be a staff member or not? First of, we don't know you nor do we know how you judge players. Instead of you having all the power like all the typical autocracy communities these days, who not have a player discussion and possibly a council to reflect and share opinions on if they approve or disprove a player becoming a staff member. You may think they are the best but think about the players, let them have a saying instead of you being a dictator. I know this is your community but if you want a good playerbase, you gotta' let them have a few sayings here and there.
