    Hey, I'm much the same way. My diagnosis basically means my average life expectancy went from 80 to like 60, and it seems like I'm gonna spend that life in a lot of pain (peripheral neuropathy from radiation). Don't take this as me saying "people have it worse than you", but rather that everyone has these thoughts, and it's important to keep going and not get caught up in the future.

    I get 90's and above in all of my classes except for anything math related. I'm also in all honors classes and I was even in an Accelerated Bio class last year where I took the MCAS in freshman year rather than sophomore year.

    I have to take English and (History?) MCAS this year as well as my Chem final and my PSATs.

    So, hopefully I ace the fuck out of all of those and get some $$$ for college. After all, an advanced and a proficient almost guarantees a scholarship, or at least some dough to pay for college.

    I have no dream because there's so many career possibilities that I'd like to enjoy but have no ability or true drive to pursue them.
    so i'm joining the army. might enlist through a high-school co-op to start young and make early dosh, then go full service.
    tbh my brother went in more unfit than me so I don't think i'd have much problem finishing BMQ as long as I try and keep my moral up.

    Don't let maths GCSE stop you from doing Science at A-Level, I got a C in maths GCSE and I did A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics and got B's and C's in all of them. Except for Physics it does matter since you need Maths A Level to do anything at University with Physics.
