    hey guys after like a four month hiatus i'm back because why not lotta new guys here probs don't remember me, but i'm the coolest guy around so hi. i came back cuz i'm getting back into hl2rp after a year with gearlock, so i might as well come back to c16 as well. for people that don't know i left quite a bit ago after being with c16 since real early 2014, probably about a year and two months (??) now, on one of my 15 different alts. i left cause at the time cause i was a bit upset with the way the staff were running c16, but i've sort of lurked since then trying to see if it changed at all. then i realized i couldn't fucking view the website. it's not like i didn't want to come back after all this time, it's that i literally cannot come back to the site. for some reason it takes about three minutes to load any webpage on c16, no other site. in fact, i'm browsing the entire site with a proxy for it to work. so if @alexanderk @kurozael or whoever runs this shit nowadays could fix that for me that'd be top.

    alright so since i'm back i'd like to give a few shoutouts
