I can't do constructive criticism. my art consists of stick-figures and shitty helicopters shooting shitty drawn tanks.

 

Okay, except there is one issue. People have done everything time and time again. Which by your definition means that there would essentially be NO originality what so ever...

Originality doesn't mean having a pure original idea anymore. It means simply doing something new and oh boy, original.

Zew, I really like the art and everything else you've shown me. Keep up the good work and I could see you getting somewhere with it in the future, even people asking you to make art for themselves (Like Jake did.)

 

I don't think you understand, every art form and medium out there has been done millions and billions of times already. You think furries were the first people to go around drawing wolves and other animals like that? No, no they were not.

You think Vincent Van Gogh was the first person to go around drawing selfies and other things like that? No, no he wasn't.

The world is full of people drawing and creating art, what matters about art is not the "Originality" anymore. But the actual skill behind it and the amount of effort, emotion and everything else behind that piece of art. Art is nothing more but a medium for someone to EXPRESS themselves, not moan on about "Originality."

And Zew's art shows that, it shows her expressiveness, her creativity and her skill with her art form and that is what's good about her art.

 

1: I am a female. No, I am not joking. No, I am taken.

2: I like Slenderman and I thought it would be cute to draw him in a calm manner holding a flower and not in a scary as picture of someone getting their guts torn out. I really could not care less how unoriginal HE is, but the art is original, just not the character.

3: I am a furry, and I enjoy drawing animals and wolves often. Even though furries occur regularly, it's something I am, and express through art.

4: How I use my talent is up to myself. If I want to use it to draw other things other than animals or so on, I will do so. Everyone has their taste, and do not favour some forms of art.

Pardon if I sound edgy or anything. It's just how I state things.

While the art direction and style is easy to complement, I just don't like the actual content.

 

You're free to make requests. She made my avatar, and she's working, atleast last I've seen, on a new Avatar for Monkah. She's happy to do it for people. I paid her $15, but that's just my nature.
